The services of an expert in the development of regulative and legal acts related to the financial autonomy of universities in Kyrgyzstan are required.
The expert’s work will be carried out from March to June 2024 within the framework of the project 101082829-DEFA-ERASMUS-EDU-2022-CBHE “Development of financial autonomy of universities in Kyrgyzstan” (DEFA).
The expert must meet the requirements of the Terms of Reference (attached).
The following documents for the competition must be submitted before February 18, 2024 by email defa@kstu.kg
1. copy of a higher education diploma;
2. a copy of the work book confirming at least 10 years of work experience in government agencies;
3. a list of regulations in the field of education, in particular on procedures, preparation of draft regulations on financial issues (developed by the candidate over the past 10 years);
4. resume;
5. passport.
