Osh State University was visited by a delegation of the European Parliament. Led by Tomasz Zdechowski, a Member of the European Parliament, the delegation also included, Esther de Lange, Niccolo Rinaldi, Anna Kaczmarek, Christian Sagarz, Thierry Mariani, Vita Grifita and Gulnara Isayeva, Erasmus+ National Coordinator in Kyrgyzstan.

Their visit aimed to explore the academic, medical, and cultural landscape of Osh State University in a multifaceted way. The itinerary of the visit included some activities reflecting the desire to promote international cooperation and mutual understanding.

🔹Meeting with University Administration: The delegation commenced their visit with a meeting with the University administration, discussing potential avenues for collaboration between European institutions and Osh State University.

🔹Engaging with Faculty and Students: To gain a comprehensive perspective, the delegation interacted with faculty members and students, providing a platform for knowledge exchange and fostering cross-cultural dialogue.

🔹Exploring the Faculty of Arts: A special visit to the Faculty of Arts showcased the creative endeavors and cultural richness of Osh State University.

🔹Medical Facilities Tour: The delegation toured the University hospital, delving into various medical facilities, including laboratories focusing on Clinical, Hematology, Cytology, EGD, ECG, DEFA, Hygienic, Nutritionology, and Histological studies at the International Medical Faculty (IMF).

🔹Project Presentations: A session dedicated to presenting projects allowed the European Parliament members to witness the innovative and impactful initiatives undertaken by Osh State University.

🔹Visit to Dimedus and Morphocorpus: The delegation explored Dimedus and Morphocorpus, gaining insights into cutting-edge research and advancements in medicine and technology.
