The National Erasmus+ Office in Kyrgyzstan
The National Erasmus+ Office (NEO) in Kyrgyzstan provides advisory and informational support to all potential and interested parties on the implementation of the European Union program Erasmus+ in Kyrgyzstan.
Established in 2014, the National Erasmus+ Office is engaged in the following areas of activity:
- Raising awareness, visibility, efficiency, and impact of international components of the Erasmus+ program, as well as promoting it in Kyrgyzstan.
- Disseminating information on the components of the Erasmus+ program available for Kyrgyzstan.
- Providing information support and consultations for potential program participants, assisting in finding national and/or international partners.
- Facilitating cooperation between higher education institutions, students, teachers, and other Erasmus program participants in inter-project collaboration.
- Organizing information days, conferences, seminars, and other events aimed at promoting the Erasmus+ program, disseminating results, strengthening interaction, and exchanging best practices with higher education institutions of the European Union.
