{"id":9883,"date":"2026-02-06T13:14:46","date_gmt":"2026-02-06T09:14:46","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/erasmusplus.kg\/en\/?p=9883"},"modified":"2026-02-06T13:21:13","modified_gmt":"2026-02-06T09:21:13","slug":"consultation-with-the-technopark-pic-number","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/erasmusplus.kg\/en\/consultation-with-the-technopark-pic-number\/","title":{"rendered":"Consultation with the Technopark on Obtaining a PIC Number and Preparation of a CBHE Project"},"content":{"rendered":"<p data-start=\"98\" data-end=\"120\">\ud83d\udcc5 <strong data-start=\"101\" data-end=\"120\">6 February 2026<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"122\" data-end=\"487\">On 6 February 2026, the <strong data-start=\"202\" data-end=\"250\">National Erasmus+ Office in Kyrgyzstan (NEO)<\/strong> conducted a consultation meeting to support the <strong data-start=\"299\" data-end=\"313\">Technopark<\/strong> in the process of <strong data-start=\"332\" data-end=\"392\">obtaining a PIC number (Participant Identification Code)<\/strong> and to discuss the preparation of a project proposal under the <strong data-start=\"456\" data-end=\"513\">Erasmus+ Capacity Building in Higher Education (CBHE)<\/strong> action. The project is planned to be submitted <strong data-start=\"451\" data-end=\"486\">jointly with Ala-Too International University<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"489\" data-end=\"1003\">During the consultation, representatives of the National Erasmus+ Office in Kyrgyzstan provided detailed guidance on the <strong data-start=\"720\" data-end=\"781\">registration procedure in the EU Funding &amp; Tenders Portal<\/strong>, including the main steps for obtaining a PIC number, requirements for legal and financial documentation, and common challenges faced by organisations at the initial stage of participation in EU-funded programmes. Particular emphasis was placed on the importance of the PIC number as a mandatory prerequisite for participation in Erasmus+ and other European Union funding schemes.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1005\" data-end=\"1380\">A significant part of the meeting was dedicated to the <strong data-start=\"1060\" data-end=\"1106\">conceptual development of the CBHE project<\/strong>. The discussion focused on the planned cooperation between the Technopark and Ala-Too International University, outlining potential project objectives, expected results, and the project\u2019s contribution to strengthening links between <strong data-start=\"1325\" data-end=\"1379\">higher education, innovation, and entrepreneurship<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1382\" data-end=\"1809\">Participants discussed the role of the Technopark within a CBHE project, especially in terms of supporting <strong data-start=\"1489\" data-end=\"1519\">practice-oriented learning<\/strong>, fostering <strong data-start=\"1531\" data-end=\"1562\">innovation-driven education<\/strong>, and enhancing cooperation between academia and the private sector. Issues related to <strong data-start=\"1649\" data-end=\"1674\">partnership structure<\/strong>, distribution of roles and responsibilities within the consortium, and the <strong data-start=\"1750\" data-end=\"1788\">sustainability of project outcomes<\/strong> were also addressed.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1974\" data-end=\"2215\">The consultation also served as an open platform for addressing practical questions related to project design, consortium building, and alignment with <strong data-start=\"2125\" data-end=\"2148\">Erasmus+ priorities<\/strong> and national needs in higher education and innovation development.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2217\" data-end=\"2655\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">The meeting took place in a <strong data-start=\"2245\" data-end=\"2287\">constructive and productive atmosphere<\/strong>, contributing to strengthened cooperation between the Technopark and Ala-Too University. Overall, the consultation marked an important step towards the preparation of a high-quality CBHE project proposal and further reinforced the role of the National Erasmus+ Office in Kyrgyzstan in supporting national institutions in their participation in the Erasmus+ Programme.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2217\" data-end=\"2655\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\"><img decoding=\"async\"
