The seminar was conducted in English with simultaneous interpretation to Russian.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"440\" data-end=\"767\">The event opened with welcoming remarks delivered by the National Coordinator of the <span class=\"hover:entity-accent entity-underline inline cursor-pointer align-baseline\"><span class=\"whitespace-normal\">Erasmus+ Programme<\/span><\/span> in Kyrgyzstan and the Rector of <span class=\"hover:entity-accent entity-underline inline cursor-pointer align-baseline\"><span class=\"whitespace-normal\">Adam University<\/span><\/span>, who outlined the objectives of the seminar and highlighted the growing importance of future-oriented skills for universities.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"903\" data-end=\"1279\">The keynote presentation and all thematic sessions were delivered by a <strong data-start=\"974\" data-end=\"1054\">Lecturer of Management in Tourism at a German University of Applied Sciences<\/strong>, who addressed global trends shaping the future of work and education. The presentation focused on labour market transformations, uncertainty, and the growing influence of disruptive technologies on higher education systems.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1281\" data-end=\"1592\">Subsequent sessions explored the concept of future skills, with particular attention to transversal, meta-, and green skills, as well as international frameworks developed by <strong data-start=\"1456\" data-end=\"1497\"><span class=\"hover:entity-accent entity-underline inline cursor-pointer align-baseline\"><span class=\"whitespace-normal\">UNESCO<\/span><\/span><\/strong>, <strong data-start=\"1499\" data-end=\"1540\"><span class=\"hover:entity-accent entity-underline inline cursor-pointer align-baseline\"><span class=\"whitespace-normal\">OECD<\/span><\/span><\/strong>, and the <strong data-start=\"1550\" data-end=\"1591\"><span class=\"hover:entity-accent entity-underline inline cursor-pointer align-baseline\"><span class=\"whitespace-normal\">European Union<\/span><\/span><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1594\" data-end=\"2109\">Participants also discussed competency-based approaches and modular learning, including curriculum adaptation to evolving job markets, the integration of soft skills and digital literacy, and the use of microcredentials and flexible certification systems. Another session was dedicated to partnerships with industry and the private sector, emphasizing co-designed study programmes, internships, mentoring, project-based learning, and the development of entrepreneurial and innovation ecosystems within universities.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2111\" data-end=\"2389\">The seminar further addressed innovation in teaching and lifelong learning, highlighting the role of artificial intelligence, virtual laboratories, digital simulations, design thinking, and the need for continuous re-skilling of academic staff to ensure future-ready pedagogies.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2391\" data-end=\"2715\">The event concluded with a summary of key insights and a discussion of next steps.
