The event brought together 97 participants\u2014including university leaders, academic staff, Erasmus+ project teams, representatives from the Ministry of Education and Science, the EU Delegation, and NGOs\u2014to discuss how Erasmus+ has supported higher education reform in the country.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"858\" data-end=\"1082\">The programme showcased results from CBHE, ICM, and Jean Monnet projects implemented by Kyrgyz universities, with a focus on governance reform, curriculum modernization, and the adoption of digital and green education tools.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1084\" data-end=\"1590\">Key projects featured included:<br data-start=\"1115\" data-end=\"1118\" \/>\u2022 <strong data-start=\"1120\" data-end=\"1131\">HiEdTec<\/strong> \u2013 advancing digital transformation and e-learning platforms<br data-start=\"1191\" data-end=\"1194\" \/>\u2022 <strong data-start=\"1196\" data-end=\"1204\">DEFA<\/strong> \u2013 promoting financial autonomy in Kyrgyz universities<br data-start=\"1258\" data-end=\"1261\" \/>\u2022 <strong data-start=\"1263\" data-end=\"1274\">BERNICA<\/strong> \u2013 strengthening education and research in nutrition and dietetics<br data-start=\"1340\" data-end=\"1343\" \/>\u2022 <strong data-start=\"1345\" data-end=\"1353\">ELBA<\/strong> \u2013 establishing training centres in AI and Big Data<br data-start=\"1404\" data-end=\"1407\" \/>\u2022 <strong data-start=\"1409\" data-end=\"1420\">AgroDev<\/strong> \u2013 enhancing curricula in sustainable agri-food production<br data-start=\"1478\" data-end=\"1481\" \/>\u2022 <strong data-start=\"1483\" data-end=\"1532\">Jean Monnet Module on European Climate Policy<\/strong> \u2013 integrating EU climate strategies into higher education<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1592\" data-end=\"1849\">The agenda included keynote presentations, project showcases, institutional case studies, a policy-focused panel titled <em data-start=\"1712\" data-end=\"1738\">\u201cFrom Project to Policy\u201d<\/em>, and breakout sessions to encourage dialogue on integrating Erasmus+ outcomes into national reform strategies.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1851\" data-end=\"2104\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">Participants welcomed the event as a platform for collaboration and forward planning under the 2021\u20132027 Erasmus+ programme.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>On 6 December 2024, the National Erasmus+ Office in Kyrgyzstan hosted a national dissemination event titled \u201cTransforming Higher Education through Innovation\u201d at the International University of Kyrgyzstan.
