The event was organized by the <strong data-start=\"534\" data-end=\"576\">National Erasmus+ Office in Kyrgyzstan<\/strong> with support from the <strong data-start=\"599\" data-end=\"636\">Ministry of Education and Science<\/strong> and the <strong data-start=\"645\" data-end=\"685\">EU Delegation to the Kyrgyz Republic on the basis of\u00a0 Kyrgyz State Technical University named after Razzakov<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"688\" data-end=\"742\">The forum served as an inclusive national platform to:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"743\" data-end=\"1146\">\n<li data-start=\"743\" data-end=\"822\">\n<p data-start=\"745\" data-end=\"822\">Review higher education trends in governance, quality, financing, and access;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"823\" data-end=\"889\">\n<p data-start=\"825\" data-end=\"889\">Present findings from the 2025 National Higher Education Review;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"890\" data-end=\"1014\">\n<p data-start=\"892\" data-end=\"1014\">Highlight the role of <strong data-start=\"914\" data-end=\"935\">Erasmus+ projects<\/strong> in promoting internationalization, mobility, and institutional transformation;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1015\" data-end=\"1146\">\n<p data-start=\"1017\" data-end=\"1146\">Generate actionable policy recommendations aligned with the <strong data-start=\"1077\" data-end=\"1117\">Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)<\/strong> and the <strong data-start=\"1126\" data-end=\"1145\">Bologna Process<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1148\" data-end=\"1458\">The agenda featured high-level speakers and experts from the Ministry, HERE team, academia, and Erasmus+ project coordinators. Participants engaged in interactive panel discussions on curriculum modernization, funding models, quality assurance, and the impact of EU-supported initiatives on educational reform.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1460\" data-end=\"1485\">Key conclusions included:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1486\" data-end=\"1830\">\n<li data-start=\"1486\" data-end=\"1570\">\n<p data-start=\"1488\" data-end=\"1570\">The need for a <strong data-start=\"1503\" data-end=\"1541\">national higher education strategy<\/strong> linked to global priorities;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1571\" data-end=\"1674\">\n<p data-start=\"1573\" data-end=\"1674\">Strengthening <strong data-start=\"1587\" data-end=\"1621\">inter-ministerial coordination<\/strong> following the restructuring of education governance;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1675\" data-end=\"1751\">\n<p data-start=\"1677\" data-end=\"1751\">Enhancing equity and inclusion, especially for underserved student groups;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1752\" data-end=\"1830\">\n<p data-start=\"1754\" data-end=\"1830\">Sustaining and scaling successful Erasmus+ projects as catalysts for reform.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1832\" data-end=\"2102\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">The event concluded with a proposal to form a <strong data-start=\"1878\" data-end=\"1913\">multi-stakeholder working group<\/strong> to develop a roadmap for higher education reform through 2030.
