I. Razzakov.<\/p>\n<p>The center was established  within the framework of the Erasmus + project &#8220;Modernization of Higher education in Central Asia through new technologies&#8221; (HiEdTec) funded by the European Union.<\/p>\n<p>The  ribbon-cutting ceremony was attended by Ms. Gulnara Chokusheva, National Coordinator of the Erasmus + Program in Kyrgyzstan, Mr. Sanzharbek Erdolatov,  Rector of Ala-Too International University  and Mr. Askar Imanbaev, Rector of Issyk-Kul State University named after A. K. Tynystanov, as well as the Mr. Mirlan Chynybaev,  Rector of the Kyrgyz State Technical University I.
