On the basis of the Kyrgyz State University (KSU) named after Arabaev from 19 to 22 June 2017 is holding the regular session on the project \u00abROAD\u00bb (Regional tasks of administrative development). With a welcoming speech and wishes of success in the implementation of the project, the rector of the KSU named after Arabaev Mr.Abdyrakhmanov. T.A and coordinator of the National Erasmus+ Office Ms.Chokusheva G.R addressed to participants.<\/p>\n

During the session, the assessment of the needs of municipal employees in raising the qualification on the following topics is discussed:
\n\u2022 Development of urban infrastructure; Development and maintenance of urban transport infrastructure;
\n\u2022 Financial control, audit and evaluation of public expenditure;
\n\u2022 Change management;
\n\u2022 Tourism Economics.
\nThe questioning of municipal employees of Chui, Issyk-Kul and Jalal-Abad regions of Kyrgyzstan was preliminarily conducted. Based on the results of the questionnaire, a training plan and consulting centers in three universities of the Kyrgyz Republic – KSU named after Arabaev, Issyk – Kul State University named after Tynystanov and Jalal – Abad State University. The objectives of these centers are to conduct refresher courses for employees of local government bodies; Development of recommendations for the local development strategy. The event involves representatives of partner universities: Technical University of Lisbon; ISU named after K.Tynystanov; KSU named after I.Arabaeva; Jalal – Abad State University; Capacity Building Consulting Group; Technical University of Catalonia; The State Administrative School of Catalonia; University of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria; Royal Technical University.<\/p>\n
