named after Arabaev (Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The conference agenda contained discussions of the pilot period (programs, duration, organization, accreditation, validation, implementation, visiting of European experts)as well as discussion about the centers of educational management in\u00a0 the three partner Universities (Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan and
