On 18 November 2025, the National Erasmus+ Office in Kyrgyzstan organized an online Erasmus+ Information Day for the academic staff of Adam University. The event brought together 35 participants (26 women, 9 men), demonstrating strong interest in international cooperation and professional development opportunities.

During the session, a representative of the National Erasmus+ Office in Kyrgyzstan delivered a comprehensive presentation on the Erasmus+ Programme, covering all its key components and opportunities available for higher education institutions and academic staff. Special attention was given to academic mobility opportunities, capacity building in higher education projects, Jean Monnet action, international cooperation formats, and participation rules.

Participants received detailed explanations of participation rules, eligibility conditions, and institutional requirements, as well as guidance on how universities in Kyrgyzstan can engage in Erasmus+ projects at different levels. Special attention was given to the latest updates of the Programme, including current priorities, newly introduced elements, application procedures, and upcoming deadlines for calls for proposals. Practical recommendations were shared on preparing competitive applications, avoiding common mistakes, and strengthening institutional project capacity.

The Information Day concluded with an interactive Q&A session, during which participants had the opportunity to ask questions and receive clarifications on specific aspects of Erasmus+ project implementation and academic mobility.

The online session contributed to raising awareness among the teaching staff of Adam University about European cooperation opportunities and strengthening the university’s engagement in international academic exchange and project activities.
