National coordinator of Erasmus+ Programme in Kyrgyzstan conducted a monitoring of the Erasmus+ Project: «STrengthening Network EdUcaTiOn,Research and Innovation in Environmental HeALth in Asia (TUTORIAL)» in conference hall of the International School of Medicine on 4 September 2017.

The objective of the monitoring was to assess the project implementation process at the present time as well as collection of information on project outcomes and achievement of goals.

There was a meeting with Mr. Shamil Chyngyshpaev, Rector of the International School of Medicine within the framework of the monitoring visit. The monitoring was attended by the representatives of the Ministry of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic, International School of Medicine, Osh State University and NGO “Taasir Impact”.

The meeting started with a presentation of Mr. Kenesh Dzhusupov, Project Country Coordinator. He made a report – presentation on the project implementation, taken decisions during the on –  line meeting with the partners as well as participation in working groups in Summer School organized in frames of the project.

Later Mr. Roman Kalmatov, Project Coordinator from Osh State University made a report on conducted activity.

Also a report of working group from NGO “Taasir Impact” associated project partner was presented.

During the monitoring meeting there were discussed such issues as interest of the University in the project, project outcomes dissemination and sustainability, project quality assurance mechanism during the monitoring meeting.

Ms. Gulnara Chokusheva, National Coordinator of Erasmus+ in Kyrgyzstan gave recommendations at the end of the monitoring.
