On 1- 2 of March, 2020, the International Univeristy of Kyrgyzstan hosted the Kick-off meeting of the ERASMUS+ “The Development of Doctoral Education and Research Capacities of Kyrgyzstani Academy (DERECA)” project.
The aim of the project is to strength research and innovation capacities in Kyrgyzstan through promotion of PhD degrees
The DERECKA project is national project. 6 Kyrgyz universities and 3 European Universities are involved in the implementation.
For the first time, Kyrgyz University will implement the Erasmus+ project as a grant holder.
The first day of the kick-off meeting was devoted to presentations of partner universities and their doctoral research.
The second day of the meeting began with a review and administrative management of the Project. Partners dicussed on plan for sustainability and work packages. During the meeting, special attention was paid to the dissemination and visibility of project results.
